Ms. Maskall earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, prior to attending California Western Law School in San Diego, California. After obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Maskall began her legal career in Washington, D.C., practicing in the areas of telecommunications, intellectual property and criminal law. 

In 1997, Ms. Maskall relocated from Washington, D.C., to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she clerked for a District Court Judge in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Her practice areas include construction defect litigation, domestic, civil, criminal, and transactional law. She regularly serves as a Judge Pro Tem in North Las Vegas Justice Court.

Ms. Maskall has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and is a member of the New York State, Washington, D.C., and Nevada Bars. She currently is a panel member on the State Bar of Nevada’s Southern Nevada Disciplinary Committee. Ms. Maskall co-authored “Perjury In Our Family Courts: Family Lawyers Beware!” and has received several awards for her contributions to the Clark County Legal Services Pro Bono Project, including Congressional Certificates of Recognition. Ms. Maskall joined the firm in 2003.
