Audrey is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Her practice is focused in complex construction and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Smith represented clients in the areas of construction and insurance defense, including second chairing the defense of a construction client in an eight-week trial against construction defect allegations.

Ms. Smith received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with Honors from Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C, with dual minors in Business Management and Human Resource Management.  She obtained her Juris Doctorate with a Concentration in Advocacy from Stetson University, College of Law. At Stetson, Ms. Smith received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award from completing over six hundred hours of community service. Further, she clerked for the Honorable Samantha Ward, Circuit Judge in the 13th Judicial Circuit, and, in her third year, while participating in Stetson’s Certified Legal Internship program with the 13th Judicial Circuit, Ms. Smith first-chaired twenty bench trials in the Juvenile Division, consisting of both felony and misdemeanor cases.
