Kevin E. Helm is Of Counsel at Lee Landrum Ingle located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  He practices general civil litigation with an emphasis in complex civil litigation, insurance defense as well as construction defect claims.  He has successfully handled matters in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Texas and Utah.

Mr. Helm graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a B.A. (1985) and from the University of Arizona, College of Law, Cum Laude, with a J.D. (1988). He is admitted to practice law in both State and Federal Courts in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, Texas and Utah as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits. 

Mr. Helm has handled in excess of a thousand complex litigation and construction related matters and has tried to verdict some of the largest construction defect claims in Nevada.  Mr. Helm has also successfully handled numerous appeals.
