Courtney E. Willoughby is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Her practice is focused in the areas of construction litigation and general insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Willoughby represented clients facing complex legal issues in the areas of business litigation, trusts and estates litigation, and condominium disputes.
Ms. Willoughby attended The George Washington University where she competed as an NCAA Division I gymnast and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending, Ms. Willoughby served as an executive board member on the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and was selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers.
